To my amazing Florence Nightingales of Tranquility:

There are truly no words adequate to express my deep deep gratitude for the love, care, nurturing, patience, hands-on, around the clock attention, not to mention the highly professional medical supervision showered on my during my stay at this haven from paradise.

Caroline, as you are well aware I had decided against making use of your facility believing I could competently take care of myself after surgery. You did not try to discourage or dissuade me from what would have been a fatal error in judgment.

I came to visit with you and within 10 minutes of being in your presence and imbibing the aura of Tranquility, I knew there was no option. The love and care which you were to provide was as important, if not more important than the choice of the surgeon.

Where or how do I begin? You took me under your wing and nurtured my tormented spirits and fragile being back to a state where I could return home and fend for myself. I could never, never, have come out of the ordeal given all the odds against me, without the constant calm and absolute essence of Tranquility, which your amazing staff headed by you, Caroline, provide.

I have left TRANQUILITY with more than a face lift. As a bonus I have received spiritual healing and emotional padding which has enabled me to return to the challenges which face us all as we re-enter the world of day to day challenges.
I shall remain indebted to you most especially and to all of your staff.
How I wish I could identify myself and speak out to the world of the magical haven, professionally and personally which TRANQUILITY provides.

To all of your new patients who happen to read this: I have no vested interest in penning these words other than the aura of gratitude with which I leave your institution. I wish I could broadcast it to the world.

This is Susie. You took care of me on January 14th and 15th. I am writing to express my gratitude and appreciation for the great care that I received. The surgery was more intense than I imagined and I needed much more care than I thought I would. YOu were there to take care of all my needs and I truly appreciate your kindness and that of your staff. You have chosen wonderful people to work for you and created a wonderful place to recuperate. You were able to accommodate my need for a second night without question and I'm not sure what I would have done if you could not have done so.

When I chose to proceed with my cosmetic surgery I knew that I would not be able to go home to recuperate. When I heard about Tranquility I felt that it would be ideal.

Never in my life have I been so well cared for, both by you and your staff. You made sure that you were up to speed on everything I need for aftercare and made sure it got done, and everything was done with love and compassion, right down to the home-cooked meals. If I ever need aftercare services again, Tranquility will be the just place I would come. I love you all, Isabel, Jasmine, Marina, Jennifer and most of all you, Caroline, for being some the most compassionate ladies in the world.

Dear Caroline,

I just want to say thanks again to you and your wonderful staff for the amazing post-op care you provided. Not even my physician husband could have taken better care of me. It seemed that even an inaudible sigh would immediately bring someone to my side. You and your staff are gentle, caring and knowledgeable, and give new meaning to the word pampered.

Thanks to the quality nursing received at Tranquility, my recovery has gone well, with a minimum amount of bruising and swelling.
