I am 27 years old and just moved from the East Coast. I have no family in Los Angeles and I have controlled epilepsy.  I have always feared what would happen in an emergency. I am relieved now that I have the Tranquility Card as medical personnel will be instantly aware of my illness and my allergies. In addition, my doctor and my family can be notified immediately. There is no time to waste when it comes to your life.
